A

Where a business gets a small selection of their target market to discuss and give feedback on aspects of their market such as their products and what they like and dislike about it.

What is test marketing?

A

Launching your product to a smaller section of the market for example launching it to a smaller geographical region to see how it does and see if it’s worth investing money to launching worldwide

Using surveillance on random customers to see their behaviours on how they shop for example which isles they spend most time in or whether they take notice of certain promotions etc
