What do the preview posters and the trailers feature throughout?

African Culture images.
Not just the stereotypical Serengeti wildlife vistas and fashion relating to the continent, but also the subversion of this imagery by the inclusion of sci-fi technology to conjure the concept of ‘Afrofuturism’.
Similar images of conventional stereotypical African landscapes have been employed by Disney in the last both in the marketing and promotion for the original animated Lion King and it’s more recent live action photo realistic counterpart.
