Wyatts rebellion was due to marriage
Restoring Catholicism wasn’t very constructive as 300 were burnt
Harvest failures (1555-6) and worst influenza of the century (epidemic 1558)
Divided councils was common
The war with France was a natural disaster
Dynasty continue but long term Catholicism didn’t
Legacy of debt but their finance was well managed

Very close to a class war suggesting serious instability
1554 rebellion was personal and a potential threat to succession- challenging royal prerogative and continuation of tudor line
