- The team has a dedicated Team Leader, who is your main point of contact, who is copied and really in the weeds on every project.
- Your team leader is supported by 4-5 people who are working on each aspect of your project simultaneously so that you can get the highest quality network members.
- The team thoroughly researches every angle, conducts custom recruiting and schedules calls.
- The team model also ensures that if someone is not in the office on vacation, etc. that you still have a team supporting your time-sensitive requests.
- We believe that a team-based model is critically important to ensure that you are getting the highest level of service available.
