• In our model, we build a full engagement team that is led by a classically trained consultant from a Big Three Firm {Bain, BCG, McKinzie} and an industry veteran or expert in the field that you’re looking to invest in.
• We pair the consultant and industry expert together and the two of them work together on behalf of your firm and conduct in-depth exercises such as market study, competitive landscape, and voice of customer work.

• The consultant, who’s the project lead, leverages GLG’s 1x1 calls, surveys, and other research tools to put together a deliverable which can be used in investment committees and management meetings.

• The industry expert is hand selected from our network of 1M+ experts, and is typically a C-Suite executive from a competitor.
• They help provide guidance, an industry lens, and ensure we’re asking the right questions.
• They also have access to GLG’s full suite of services, and you would also have full access to ask them any questions that you have.
