A

epidermis: cell replacement slows
dermis: decrease in sebum, less elastic protein fibers
subcutaneous: less adipose tissue

A

an inflammatory disorder causing an elevated lesion

18
Q

what is a boil

A

caused by local bacterial infection of hair follicles, causes large, elevated lesions called pustules
