When there is a small majority

- rather than object an idea they need to propose a better way of doing it

-a mirror of the main goverment cabinet to hold them to account

how is this effective.
- while they put alot of effort into questioning and anwsering it will end up with no political consequence
- Its more of a media spectical

- is to use up time
- provide positive questions to show good goverment policies
-to show constituency that there MP’s are doing a good job
