Explain the people’s revolution in Russia.

A

The leader of Russia, Vladimir Ilich Lenin, signed a peace treaty with Germany. This meant that the Germans were no longer fighting on the Eastern Front, and that they could go to try and break the deadlock at the Western Front.

A

Germany started attacking American ships, so America decided to enter the war. They provided more than one million men and lots of supplies to the fight.
