What are Interagency agreements?
Agreements between 2 or more state agencies (cannot take them to court as they are the same entity, DAS-OSP)
What are Intergovernmental agreements?
Between 2 or mode local governments or state agency & local governments (Marion county and DAS; can take to court each other)
What are Interstate agreements?
Between a public agency and public agency in another state (State of Oregon and Washington, City of Salem and City of Boise)
What are Federal Agreements?
Between public agency & federal government or agencies of federal government
What are Tribal Agreements?
Between public agency & American Indian Tribes
What are International agreements?
Between public agency and other nations outside the USA
Legal Sufficiency rules
Agreements over $150, 000 must to be reviewed by DOJ
(Small and Intermediate procurements are NOT required to receive legal sufficiency by DOJ)
Interagency agreements do not require legal sufficiency
Tribal and International agreement ALL agreements requires legal sufficiency review
