A

A procurement of products or services valued at $10,000 or less

Does NOT require the use of the competitive process*

An agency may award a contract for a Small Procurement in any manner deemed practical or convenient

*formal procurement: competitive sealed bid (ITB) or RFP processes

A

A contracting agency may award a procurement of goods or services that does not exceed $10,000 in any manner the contracting agency deems practical or convenient, including by direct selection or award

A

An agency should not use the Small Procurement option for regular or repeated purchases of the same items
