Complex and energetic compositions ( less cam and symmetrical) The viewer is compelled to activity participate in a baroque work. the figures are so close to the front of the canvus.

Richer and often dramatic contrast of light and shade, which shows theatricality with intense contrasts between light and looming shadows.
