- 3 hours physical activity per day
- children under 2 years no screen time

- 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per day
- at least 3 days per week of muscle and bne strenghening activities
- no more than 2 hours of screen time per day
- break up periods of sitting

- Be active all, if not most days
- 2.5 to 5 hours of moderate physical activity OR 1.25 to 2.5 hours of vigorous to high physical activity every week.
