A

acute onset unilateral testicular pain
Abdo pain (can be only abdo pain)

A

firm swollen testicle
Elevated testicle
Absent cremasteric reflex
Abnormal testicular lie
Rotation so epididymis is not in normal posterior position

A

Absent fixation of testicle to tunica vaginalis causing testicle to hang in a more horizontal position. Able to rotate and twist
