lump is testicular tumour until proven otherwise
MSSU
US is gold standard
tumour markers in bloods- AFP, BHCC, LDH

treatment
A
inguinal radical orchidectomy
not biopsy
chemo and or radio as follow up
regular surveillance with blood tests and imaging for at least two years after treatment
