Renal:

Extrarenal cysts e.g. liver, pancreas, spleen
Intracranial berry aneurysms commonly at the junction of the anterior communicating artery and anterior cerebral artery
Mitral valve prolapse, aortic regurgitation
Diverticular disease

US
CT and MRI to determine extent of cystic disease
