  2. Advanced Intoxication-> Above 0.08- no cut-off/limit
  3. Extreme Intoxication-> Very high level of drugs in system =Automatism (=Acquitted)
    1&2 for non-violent crimes

Alcohol SIP: Delirium Tremens (DTs)

A

Can occur during prolonged drinking or during withdrawal. Usu lasts 3-6 days, genrally followed by deep-sleep.
SX:
- Disorientation
- Hallucinations
- Fear
- Extreme suggestibility
- Marked tremors
