Florfenicol: only works on G+ aerobes and Resp/Fastidious

AE: Type 1, 2, 3 hypersensitivities, arthropathy, anemia, thrombocytopenia, hepatopathy, hypothyroidism, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, skin reactions.
Doberman pinschers are more susceptible.
