International law

Pacta tertiis nec nocent nec prosunt -
a person who, owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his/ her nationality, and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself/herself of the protection of that country
Refugee

Nationality-

is an area beyond and adjacent to the territorial sea, not extending beyond 200 nautical miles from the baseline of the territorial sea
Exclusive economic zone
is a multilateral treaty adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 16, 1966. It entered into force on January 3, 1976. As of 2015, it has 71 signatories and 164 parties (
The International convention on economic, social, and cultural rights (ICESCR)
states that discrimination against women refers to any distinction, exclusion, or restriction made on the basis of sex which has the effect or purpose of impairing or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment, or exercise of women, irrespective of their marital status, on a basis of equality of men and women, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political economic, social, cultural, civil, or any other field.
