Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) -
transcends state boundaries by seeking to define and uphold those rights held universally by every person regardless of nationality.
Human rights law
states that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights

The ICCPR and The ICESCR( International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights )

A migrant worker
