Issue: “complete” diff. for diff. people (chronic disease)

Health Education Field: Multidisciplinary practice concerned w/ designing, implementing, + evaluating educational programs that enable individuals, families, organizations, + communities to play active role in achieving, protecting + sustaining health

Holistic Health: Perception of ind. as integrated system rather than separate parts (physical, mental, spiritual + emotional)

Wellness: Balancing many dimensions of life w/ adoption of health enhancing conditions and behaviors

QoL: Happiness + satisfaction w/ life. All aspects of life.

New terms: Capacity building, college health, global health
