A
age RA abnormal anatomy trauma strain drugs (steroids and antibiotics)

presentation
A
some have pain, usually occurs in areas of poor blood supply

management
A
- conservative= rest, physio, analgesics, orthotics (splinting)
- injections= rotator cuff, tennis elbow NOT Achilles tendon or extensor knee mechanism
- surgery
