A
paraesthesia
weakness in 1st dorsal interosseous (abduction of index finger)

diagnosis
A
- examination: star fish sign, Warenberg’s sign (abducted pinky), claw hand deformity
- Tinel’s, Phalen’s and Froment’s (adductor pollicis) tests
- NCS

management
A
mild= splint, physio, NSAIDs surgery= ulnar nerve decompression
