Alulírott X, mint Y Kft. törvényes képviselője a hamis nyilatkozattétel terhe mellett nyilatkozom, hogy ajánlattevő nem áll a közbeszerzési törvény 60. cikkében meghatározott kizárási okok hatálya alatt.

Answer 1

Undersigned X, as the duly authorized representative of Y Kft., declares, under the penalty of perjury, that the tenderer is not subject to any reason for disqualification as specified in Article 60 of the Public Procurement Act.

Question 2

A vállalat
- nem áll végelszámolás alatt,
- nem áll csődvédelem és felszámolás alatt,
- nem függesztette fel a működését és nem függesztették fel a működését,
- nincs eltiltva közbeszerzési eljárásban való részvételtől jogilag kötelező erejű döntés vagy egy éven túl lejárt köztartozás miatt.

Ajánlattevő nem kíván a közbeszerzési eljárás becsült értékének 10%-át meghaladó mértékben alvállalkozót igénybe venni.

The Tenderer does not intend to employ a sub-contractor in excess of 10% of the estimated value of the public procurement.
