Information literacy vs digital literacy?
• information literacy- ability to access needed info, evaluate info found, organize info, and use information
• digital literacy- technical skills/knowledge necessary to use hardware/software as new technologies arise
Nurse role in online education?
They should have confidence in their pt abilities to manage their healthcare and they should teach/encourage their pt to use available online resources
