- Can be treated to left alone
- But if patient is taking anti-TNF herapy then
- 6 months of isoniazide
- or 3 months of Isniazide + Rifampicin

- R - Rifampic
- I - Isoniazide
- P- Pyrazinamide
- E - Ethambutol
- for 4 months and
- Rifampicin and Isoniazide for 2 months
