Edward’s syndrome (trisomy 18)

Clinical (deformity is not passively correctable)

A

Move away from surgical intervention to more conservative methods

Ponseti method: manipulation + progressive casting soon after birth (corrects defomirth within 6-10wks)
Night-time braces until 4 y/o
