A
fractures in diseased bone
suspected when there’s seemingly innocuous trauma that wouldn’t normally cause a fracture - esp in young people

causes of pathological fractures?
A
tumours - primary, secondary (more common)
metabolic - osteoporosis (most common)
paget’s
hyperparathyroidism
