Therapeutic Management:
*Correction
*cast (extends above the knee)
*Evaluate crying episodes (pain)
*change casts almost every 1 to 2 weeks
*casts are removed after 6 weeks
*Perform passive foot exercise
*Sleep in Denis Browne Splint or high top shoes
*Surgery is an option if casts didn’t work
