What is the difference between cover and concealment?
Cover may possibly stop a bullet, while concealment hides you but wont stop a bullet.
What are fatal funnels?
The area in front of a door, window, or hatch where you are no longer behind cover or concealment, placing you in immediate danger.
What is the reactionary gap?
Distance between the officer and the subject.
What is the line of fire?
Flight path of a bullet discharged for a fire arm.
What is triangulation?
Concept of keeping the subject “triangulated” between the officers.
What is contact/cover?
Contact is the person who makes verbal, visual, or physical contact with a subject. Cover is the person who maintains overall cover of the situation.
