- TB and other mycobacterial
- Occult abscesses (hepatic, retroperitoneal)
- UTI/complicated UTI
- Endocarditis, sinusitis, meningitis
- Septic arthritis

- Malaria & other parasitic

Neoplasm: leukemia and lymphoma

A
- SLE
- Still disease
- Polyarteritis nodosa
- Temporal arteritis
- Polymyalgia rheumatica

What are the signs of shock?
A
- Tachycardia
- Decreased BP
- Malfunction of underperfused organ (lactic acidosis, anuria/oliguria/high creatinine, CNS dysfunction).
- Dizziness / decreased mental status
