what assumption does it work upon?
that you cannot feel fear and be relaxed at the same time as they are opposite emotions

go through deep muscle relaxation
what is deep muscle relaxation?
it involves tensing and relaxing alternative muscle groups
along with muscle relaxation what might ppt also be asked to do?
imagine a happy scenario or meditate in order reduce anxiety and placing person in a relaxed state
