What is a Reiter’s syndrome?
This Syndrome composed of a triad of - conjunctivitis -urethritis -arthritis -oral ulcers Men =9x more than women
Human leukocyte antigen B27 ( HLA-B27) is associated with this Syndrome
Caused by infection caused by bacteria such as chlamydia Or salmonella ( bacteria that contaminated food )
Which condition is diagnosed with a positive Paul-Bunnell test results?
Infectious mononucleosis , also known as glandular fever.

Characterized by ; Sore throat Lymphadenopathy Malaise Paul-Bunnel Test is performed on a venous blood sample and is a heterophil antibody Test ( monospot)
