- coarse tremor ( trembling)
- rigidity of the limbs
- problems with balance and coordination
- prevalence increased with age
- affects basal ganglia with degeneration of the substantia Nigra pigmented cells that realise dopamine

Regards to Left sided heart failure , which are classical clinical symptoms ?
A
Paraoxysmal nocturnal dyspnea is due to pulmonary oedema ( shortness of breath when lying flat / in the night)
Patients often wake at night with feeling of choking or suffocation.
An additional pillow maybe help relieve this symptom.
