Push close leg through Invert onto shoulders Twist across 1 leg around ankle 1 behind knee Arm over thigh Stretch with high hook + roll

Grab sleeve Same leg on hip Grab elbow Slide in to grab ankle Other leg hooks the hip Push/pull
