More common: large breeds, but any breed any age

A
Chronic forelimb lameness, ocasionally marked lameness
Worse after excersive

Clinical examination?
A
Shoulder manipulation -> pain
Digital palpation over insertion of supraspinatous tendon -> pain

Image modality?
A
XR - lateral, skyline -> mineralization cranial to greater tub
Athrography
Ultrasound, CT -> gold standard
Arthroscopy - does not reach
OBS! Mineralization can be an accidental finding - correlate with clinical findings

Treatment?
A
Surgical - sharp dissection along length of supraspinatus tendon
