secreted in stress mode
increases sugar
suppresses immune system
decreases bone formation
Dehydroepiandrosterone, who secretes it, and what does it do?
- produced by zona reticularis
- is a male hormone

what is hyperaldosteronism?
too much aldosterone - low serum potassium, high blood pressure
what is cushing’s?
too much corticosteroids - because too much production of ACTH

tumor on chromaffin cells - you make too much epinephrine
