“Never Out List”
high usage fast moving material that are constantly stocked on-hand. It consists of stock material required to ensure continuous support.
EXAMPLES:
Consumable High Usage Never Outs : (Toilet Paper, red rags, napkins, copy paper, soap, and cleaning gear)

Bromide cartridges, antibiotics
Depot Level Repairable
repairable items for which the condemnation should be made at the depot level. These items may also be repaired at the organizational or intermediate level as determined by the assigned SM&R code
What are two different DLR prices
Net and Standard price.
DLR program
One for one swap out for repairable parts to get a discounted price.
Remain in Place program
Delayed turn-in program for DLRs due to system degradation or safety issues.
CRIPL lists items
authorized to remain in aircraft or equipment pending receipt of RFI (ready for issue) replacement.
Maintenance Assistant Modules (MAMs)
test modules required to execute an approved maintenance plan that calls for the identification of a fault through a progressive sequence of module substitution
main purpose is to troubleshoot and run analysis on systems.

Provides aviation maintenance and material management information for daily planning. Nalcomis interfaces with R-Supply for the procurement of material and parts. (AVIATION SIDE)
What does OMMS-NG stands for?
Organizational Maintenance Management System-Next Generation
OMMS-NG
Utilized to open jobs, order parts, and retrieve status of jobs. OMMS-NG interfaces with R-Supply for the procurement of material and parts. (SURFACE SIDE)
Relational Supply
System used to order, receive, and issuing of services and materials; maintaining financial records; and conducting inventories
Two different levels of R-Supply
- Force - Use Navy Working Capital Funds (NWCF). All items are being held by such are not owned by the ship, hence being bought during its issue.
- Unit - Purchase stores upon ordering from stock. All items stored by unit level are being owned by the TYCOM.

Afloat Total Asset Visibility
ATAV (Afloat Total Asset Visibility)
System that checks asset availability throughout the fleet.
ONE TOUCH
Web based system that provides asset availability, requisitioning of material, material status, and follow-up requests on material.
GDSC (Global Distant Support Center)
POC used to process parts, check assest availability, and check order statuses when supply systems are offline.
PURPOSE OF THE CMP
A program that assists supply in expediting requisitions to reduce NIS (not in stock) requisitions and cuts down on outstanding requisitions or requisitions with no status/ no current status. It gives a reading of the overall ‘health’ of the ships supply. It increases Supply efficiency
