What does an on-licence authorise you to do?
Sell, supply and allow consumption of alcohol.
What does an off-licence authorise you to do?
Sell, deliver and arrange for delivery of alcohol.
What does a club licence authorise you to do?
Sell and supply to any member of the club, guest accompanied by a member of the club and member of another club with reciprocal visiting rights.
What does a special licence authorise you to do?
Sell and supply on or off site e.g events such as concerts big events.
What is the punishment if a minor is found in a restricted or supervised area?
Duty manager gets fined $2000 by the district court or a $250 infringement notice.
The minor gets fined $1000 by the district court or a $250 infringement notice.
What is the punishment if a minor is caught purchasing alcohol?
The licensee gets a fine of $2000 and the minor gets $250 infringement notice.
What is section 267 of the sales and supply of alcohol act?
Go to heaven, enter and inspect licensed premises.
