How do you work out how much alcohol breath mcg per blood mg?
divide alcohol mcg by 5 = blood mg, e.g 400 alcohol mcg divided by 5 = 80. 80 is the mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood.

3 months/$2250 and disqualified 3 months.

Forward the file to Youth Aid Section, no charging document is issued.
In what circumstances do you charge a person who is under 20 same as an adult?
When they are over 400mcg per litre of breath or 80mg per 100ml of blood.
