Inquest purpose for Coroners Act

A

The first purpose: Fact, identity, cause, where and when, circumstances.
The second purpose: Make recommendations or comments that if drawn to the public will reduce similar circumstances arising again.
Third purpose: Determine whether the public interested by another investigating authority investigating the situation.
