Medial 1/3rd of the sup nuchal line, external occipital protuberance, nuchal lig, and and apices of the spinous processes of C7 to T12.

Lateral third of clavicle, acromion, and spine of scapula

Spinal root of accessory nerve and 3rd and 4th cervical nerves.

Elevate the scapula
