Q

where is coracoid process?

A
  • posterior the acromion
-connects clavicle and scapula at the acromioclavicular joint
  • coracoid process had 3 attachments: pectoralis minor muscle, coracobrachialis, and short bicep brachii

Q

What is difference between supraspinous ligament and interspinous?

A

Supraspinous ligament is a cord that starts at 7th cervical vertebrae and goes to the 3rd or 4th lumbar. Interspinous ligament is connective tissue between consecutive vertebrae, and extends through all processes.

16
Q

What are the parts of sternum?

A

Manubrium, the body, and xiphoid process. Angle of louis (sternum line) separates manubrium and the body and articulates with rib 2

17
Q

What are axis for coronal, sagittal, and transverse plane?

A

Coronal is an AP axis, sagittal is a transverse axis, and transverse plane is a vertical axis.

18
Q

Primary vs secondary curve of the back

A

Primary curve - kyphotic = thoracic and sacral
Secondary curve - lordotic = cervical and lumbar

19
Q

hypertrichosis

A

excessive hair growth in areas with spina bifida

20
Q

S curve vs. C curve

A

C curve when left iliac and right shoulder (or opposites are inferior), and S curve left should inferior and left iliac superior (vice versa).

21
Q

genu recurvatum

A

hyper extended knees
