What is the Kano model, how to use it?
A
Kano model contains of: Attractive Quality Expected Quality Indifferent Quality Necessary Quality Reverse Quality
It’s a way of finding quality characteristics of customers. Through Kano model we can find attributes to what the customer enjoys.
Use of explicit and implicit needs. Direct methods to adress needs for customers that they are aware, interviews, focus groups etc; or not aware of through observations/experiment.
