A

Trait perspektiv believe that all humans can describe a persons personality from the set of traits the person have. and with that you can to sum degree predict and anticipate a persons reaction and action patterns. Core dimensions that a person have its like the base of your personality.

Explain the use of factor analysis in the development of the theory

A

Factor analysis is when you break down the information you have so it’s more understandable, usually if you have a lot of data to work with you would need to factor analysis to reduce the redundant information in a list of personality descriptors.

What that means is that they don’t come up with a theory and then do research on it they first gather the data and the from the data they collected can build a theory from that. Its called inductive approach
