ipsilateral CN III palsy
contralateral upper and lower extremity weakness
Ix stroke
urgent non contrast CT - to rule out haemorrhage
MAY BE NORMAL - its a clinical diagnosis
Mx ischaemic stroke
aspirin 300mg
clopidogrel started 2w later if atherosclerosis suspected
statin if cholesterol > 3.5
headache more common in which type
