My colleague had a lot of events happening in his pod on top of doing his rotation of his stores. Since I had no events or special campaigns happening in my pod, I offered to take over some of his stores while he focuses on events.

grabbing lunch together. I loved my team so much. Because we have our separate pods, we hardly ever get to work together unless we had a major event or holiday. So it feels nice to be in the office to have lunch together.

creating an organized space : Having a designated spot for all our tools, all of our signs, mannequins, having a checklist of inventorying everything. making sure we are signing in and signing out tools that we take to the field.
