At my last job at an account manager, It was hard to transport my client base to a new account manager. I had developed such a good relationship with all my accounts, I wanted to make sure they are in good hands.
I made a deck that goes over each and every client. This included not only their account status, current projects, budget and challenges, but I included a deep analysis of their personalities, their pet peeves, their business and family situation - what strategies are best for each of these accounts to meet their goals.
