Saying no to projects that are no within our wheelhouse. We’ve been so lenient on doing things that really isnt a part of our jobs like creating signage, setting up the holiday party for our team, setting up a display vitrine for another team’s promotional event.

A new collection rollout had arrived a week delayed and the buyers expected us to - but at this point we were already working on a new project. I had to communicate to the buyers that while it was no ones fault that the delivery was late, we have to move on to our next project and
