When I was working for Nike Well Collective, there was no data since its a concept store. In order to make decisions, I had to do my own research through store visits, interviewing the geos, and working closely with the Merchandising manager. Took out fleece from the wall which was taking up too much real estate

When I was working at Caesars, I knew I made a bad decision when I started doing the heavy lifting of the store team, because it led them to expect that from me every visit.
When I was at Caesars, it is my duty to make my rounds of each store in my pod to make sure new shipments and collections were merchandised properly.
I am there to help and guide and not merchandise and do floor moves for them. But there are times when they are short staffed or busy so I do a little more work than usual.

Describe a time when you brought different perspectives together to solve a problem.
I solved a problem by alleviating wall space for a Nike concept store.
After speaking to the geos, it quickly realized that capacity is always an issue in all of the stores and always short of wall space which is prime real estate for merchandising.
Spoke to store development team and creating a new fixture package was not realistic. IT requires more time and budget to forgo this.
I had an unpopular opinion of removing the fleece off the walls and condense it down to a smaller fixture
