The fixture evolution. This was a cross functional project with the store development team to figure out the optimal sku count per fixture. This was a whole new fixture package to align with the aesthetic of the Nike Well Collective.
A lot of trial and error and testing it out in the mockshop.
We finally landed a fixture ideation deck that demonstrates how the modular fixtures work together to present the optimal amount of skus.
